If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply submit a request within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Valid proof of purchase is required (order number).
• Items must be unused, with all original tags and labels attached
• Products should be returned in their original protective packaging (including box, dust bags, etc.) to ensure safe transit.

Please note that ADMÉ reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, including items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging. If a returned item does not comply with the above requirements, it will be sent back to the original shipping address, and return shipping costs will be deducted accordingly.
